Pastor Johnny Brewington will officiate. The family will greet friends for one hour prior to the service at the church. Woodridge Funeral Home of Lexington is assisting the family.

Chris Eadon passed away June 13, 2019. Born in Lexington, he was a son of Jo Anne Cook and the late Julius Alton Eadon. Chris was saved as a teenager and never forgot that Jesus gave his life for him. Chris grew up in Lexington, and made friends that lasted his whole life. Growing up, he was always the person trying to make everyone laugh, or doing anything to get a smile out of someone. Chris was also heroic in many ways. He was always there for those who needed him, whether it was to comfort a friend going through grief, or to talk his children through a tough life lesson. He loved working on cars, but his true pride and joy were his three children. Chris was a carpenter, working hard every day without complaint for his children, even after living with the pain of a back that was broken earlier in his life. He was an honest and "to the point" man who would tell you what you needed to hear, because he believed you needed to hear the truth. His children will miss those truths, the practical jokes and his hugs every day.

Chris is survived by his mother; his 3 children, Tessa Eadon, Natalie Eadon and Nathaniel Eadon; brothers, Ronald “Buddy” Robinson (Terri) of Lexington, Brian Robinson (Tammy), of North, SC, niece, Kara Chamberlain (Joe) of Irmo; nephew, Brian A. Robinson of Lexington, and a large and loving extended family.  Chris is also survived by his loving dog, Tater Head. In addition to his father, Chris was predeceased by his fiancée, Heather Rae Lown; a brother, Thomas Dean Robinson; paternal grandmother, Camilla Eadon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
