Obituary of Robert Clifton Taylor Jr.

Robert C. Taylor Jr (Robbie), 61, of West Columbia, South Carolina, passed away on October 3, 2022 in his home. He was born and raised in West Columbia on March 26, 1961 to his loving parents Robert C Taylor, Sr. and Evelyn Scott Taylor.

A man of God, Robbie was a kind soul and had a big heart. He was always willing to give more than he could and never held a grudge. Taxidermy was a passion of his and he always found ways of expression through his hobby. A lover of birds and animals he could always be found with some kind of animal in his company. He also loved to fish, ever since he was young boy.

He is survived by his sister, Shirley Clark and his niece, Robin (Christina) Thompson, and nephews Dylan Hartgrove and Dezmund Thompson; all of Lexington, South Carolina. He was predeceased by his Mother and Father as well as his sister Addie Patricia (Patsy) Taylor.

A graveside Celebration of Life will be held at Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 W Dunbar Rd, West Columbia, SC 29170, on November 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Family will greet with friends thirty minutes prior to the service at the grave site.
