Obituary of Misty Amaker

Misty Leigh Amaker, 46, of Columbia, passed away at her home on May 16, 2023. Misty was born to Steve and Brenda Rogers in Columbia, SC. She was reared in Columbia, graduated from Columbia High School, and worked professionally as a Paralegal for major law firms in the area.

Misty loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. In addition to her parents, Misty is survived by her brothers, Christopher Rogers (Candice) and Steven Rogers, Jr. (Stephanie); nephews, Nathan, Ethan and Seth Rogers; nieces, Carine and Kara Rogers; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Misty is also survived by Michael Amaker. She was predeceased by her sister, Lisa Rogers.

Misty will be missed dearly by her family, friends and her "fur baby", Elvis.
